Cayista considered important parameters related to tea brewing with Smart Plus, Smart and Digital control panels. Water temperature and brewing time are the most important parameters for tea. Water temperature helps release taste and the habitat characteristics the tea carries. Flavour and aroma are only possible with a water temperature suitable for the tea type. Tea that does not meet the desired temperature cannot offer its taste and flavour.
Our intelligent machines open and close at the programmed time. Thanks to intelligent hardware they turn energy on and off, take water automatically and heat it. They do not boil continuously; they protect oxygen in the water. The digital temperature sensor controls this. When the set water temperature drops, the sensor detects it and turns energy on, so the temperature stays steady. The system works in smart intervals for hot water consumption, provides uninterrupted hot water, saves energy and protects the environment.
With the smart water system, our machines take water from mains water or from a carboy with a pump. When the water runs out, the intelligent system detects this, cuts off the power and puts the machine in safety mode. Our machines are CE certified according to environmentally friendly and hygiene standards and European Union norms, taking human safety into account.
Our machines are unique in the sector thanks to their new ergonomic form and weldless monoblock water hopper. The hopper is long-lasting, reliable and easy to maintain. Cleaning is easy thanks to the drain; the user can clean without calling service. The drip tray is integrated and discharged by connecting wastewater to the drain — providing a clean, hygienic environment.
