Dual brew line in a compact footprint — programmable brew quality
With Smart control it switches power on and off at the programmed time and runs on 220 V single-phase. It takes water automatically from mains, purification or carboy and holds the set temperature. Weekly programme and safety mode are standard.
Qubbe is a Smart-controlled tea brewing solution that keeps a compact footprint while delivering reliable service output. Brew-water temperature, brew time and brew service window are programmable — brew quality follows a defined recipe, not staff habit.
The drained drip tray sends rinse-water from hot-rinsed cups straight to the drain. With 2 + 2 L brew capacity per cycle it supports around 80 cups of uninterrupted tea service and about 160 cups per hour for café and restaurant pace.
Each brew vessel has a dual-direction tap — brew and hot water from one point. Once-daily automatic brewing simplifies morning start-up. When brew level in the vessel hits minimum, brew heating stops to avoid wasted energy.
